Day 1 :

Bagdogra – Pelling (2 Nights)

Tour Guests will meet at Bagdogra Airport as per the scheduled flight departure time. Upon arrival they will meet Veena World Tour Manager and proceed to Pelling – a beautiful town in Sikkim with breathtaking views of the Himalayas. In the evening, we enjoy a short Meet & Greet session. (Dinner – Frooti at Bagdogra Airport, Tea/Coffee and Dry Snack en-route Pelling)

Day 2 : 

Pelling

Today we explore the city of Pelling. We visit Glass Skywalk and Chenrezig statue. We enjoy a walk in Darap Village – home to Limboo Community to witness their culture and lifestyle. Later we visit Khecheopalri Lake and Rabdentse Ruins. We have free time for shopping at Geyzing. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner – Tea / Coffee with Croissant / Danish pastry at Pelling)

Day 3 : 

Pelling – Namchi – Gangtok (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Namchi to visit the Chardham Temple – also known as Siddheshwar Dham where we can witness one of the tallest statue of Lord Shiva and Samdruptse Monastery to view the statue of Guru Padmasambhava which has a height of 135ft. Later we proceed to Gangtok – a city situated amidst natural beauty. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner – Tea / Coffee and Dry Snack at Namchi )

Day 4 : 

Gangtok

Today we explore Gangtok city, we visit Ranka Monastery, Banjhakri waterfall, we enjoy a Rope Way Ride which gives us a splendid view of Gangtok city, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology and Dordul Chorten Stupa. Later we visit the Flower exhibition centre, Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok and Tashi View Point to capture amazing views of Himalayan ranges. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner – Momos and Tea / Coffee at Banjhakri waterfall, Tea/Coffee and Dry Snack at Ganesh Tok )

Day 5 : 

Gangtok – Lachung (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Lachung – One of the most stunning Himalayan villages. En route we visit Bhim Nala Waterfalls – one of the tallest waterfalls in Sikkim. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner – Tetra Pack Fruit Juice and Dry Snack during Gangtok to Lachung journey, Tea/Coffee at seven sister waterfall Enroute to Lachung, Cake at Chumthang )

Day 6 : 

Lachung

Today we visit Zero Point – located very close to the India – China border and Yumthang valley – A paradise for nature lovers with a fascinating blend of flora and fauna and breath-taking scenic beauty.
Note: Zero Point is under BSF and the visit is subject to permission. Foreigners and NRI’s are restricted to visit Yume Samdong ( Zero Point) as per Government regulations. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner – Instant Noodles at Zero point and Tea/Coffee at Yamthang valley)

Day 7 : 

Lachung – Gangtok (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Gangtok. In the evening we enjoy the local folk dance. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner – Tea/Coffee and Dry Snack enroute to Gangtok)

Day 8 : 

Gangtok – Tsomgo Lake – Gangtok

Today we visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir – a holy shrine honouring Indian army soldier, folk hero and saint Baba Harbhajan Singh. Later we visit Tsomgo Lake – a high altitude scenic lake considered to be sacred by the Sikkimese. In the evening, we have some free time to explore the nightlife and casinos of Gangtok on our own.
Note: Foreigners and NRI’s are restricted to visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir as per Government regulations. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Day 9 : 

Gangtok – Tista River Rafting – Siliguri (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Siliguri. En route we visit Tista River for a thrilling experience of white water rafting. On arrival we have some free time for exploring the surroundings. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner – Tea/coffee and Dry Snack en-route and Lychee juice after Rafting )

Day 10 : 

Siliguri – Bagdogra – Departure to Hometown

Today morning we proceed to Bagdogra. (Breakfast – Tea / Coffee and Dry Snack during journey )

It’s time now to say goodbye, Phir Milenge!
Let’s stay in touch with each other through email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc. and meet again on yet another memorable Veena World tour. See you all! ‘Mumbai to Mumbai’ tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time and start their journey back home. ‘Joining & Leaving’ tour guests will proceed on their own to their scheduled departure destination, like an airport, railway station, bus terminal, or cruise terminal.
Tour concludes.

Please note:
Airline: On group tours, we generally fly well-reputed airlines that are group-friendly.
During your air travel, refreshments and meals are provided as per the airline policy. However, we recommend you carry dry snacks of your choice for the flight journey.

Transport: For transfers and sightseeing, we use mini coaches, big coaches, or small vans, depending on the respective tour group size. If you wish to have a separate vehicle solely for yourself or your family, it can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Sightseeing attractions: Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing place if possible.

Hotels: The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by Veena World’s guests in the past. The category of hotels on international tours is a mix of three-star, three-star superior, and basic four-star.

Meals: On tour, we provide all meals, from day one to the last day, as mentioned in the itinerary. Breakfasts are generally continental on European tours, whereas, lunches and dinners are Indian OR Indian along with a local dish OR local cuisine, OR at times fast food meals from Subway, McDonald’s, etc., depending on the convenience and ease of execution of the itinerary or the availability of food at the respective destination.
