Panorama of Ladakh – 2! 

Day 1 :

Arrive at LEH Airport

Arrival in leh kushokbakula airport (this must be one of the most sensational flights in the world. On a clear day from one side of the aircraft can be seen in the distance the peaks of k2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the other side of the aircraft, so close that you feel you could reach out and touch it, is the nun kun massif.) Upon arrival you will met by our representative and transfer to hotel for check in. Complete day for rest and leisure to acclimatize followed by welcome tea or coffee at the hotel. Evening visit local market on its own. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 : 

Explore INDUS Valley. (Around 98 KMS) 

Leh Excursion to Monasteries (50 kms / 02 hrs – one way) post breakfast we proceed for indus valley monastery starting with Hemis Gompa, the largest monastic foundation of drukpa kagyu order of tibetan buddhism, thiksey monastery an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village, shey palace, the ancient capital of ladakh, 3 idiots rancho school &sindhughat. After visiting above places we drive back to leh.evening at leisure to explore the city on your own. Dinner & overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 : 

Leh –  Nubra Valley (125 kms)

Nubra – via khardungla top (120kms): after breakfast, we drive towards nubra valley and enroute we traverse the highest motorable road on earth (khardungla pass, 18384 feet). From the pass, one can see all the way south over the indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the zanskar range, and north to the giants of the saser massif. Nubra valley is popularly known as ldumra or the valley of flowers. night stay in Nubra at camp.

Day 4 : 

Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake

After an early breakfast check out and head for pangong tso via shyok. Travel time is aproximately 5-6 hrs. On arrival at pangong, check into camp for overnigt stay

Day 5 : 

Pangong Lake –  Leh

Pangong lake to leh (140 kms / 6 hrs) : wake up calls by the migratory birds this morning. Indulge in the walk beside the lake or go for a photography splurge. Later depart for leh.rest of the day free on own.overnight in leh.

Day 6 : 

Leh – Alchi Day Excursion –  leh

After breakfast excursion to visit the 1000 year old paintings of Alchi monastery 68 km from leh en-route visit the great statue of Maitreya Buddha at Likir monastery, Sangam of Indus & Zanskar rivers which are the two major rivers in Ladakh, magnetic hill and military hall of fame.Evening back to leh for over night stay in Hotel in Leh.

Day 7 : 

Leh Airport Drop.

Leave Ladakh with sweet memories.
