Best of Kashmir!

Day 1 :

Srinagar (1 Night at House Boat)

Tour Guests will arrive at Srinagar Airport as per their Scheduled flight. Upon arrival they will meet Veena World tour manager at the airport and proceed to hotel.
Today we experience a stay at the floating boats, famously known as Kashmiri Houseboats which are designed with the local interiors. (Dinner) (Hi-Tea with Pakodas in House Boat.)

Day 2 : 

Srinagar – Pahalgam (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Pahalgam. En-route we view the Saffron fields at Pampore. Then we take a photo stop at Apple Valley and Walnut Plantations In the evening we enjoy a short Meet & Greet session. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) (Apple juice at apple valley)

Day 3 : 

Pahalgam 

Today we enjoy a Walk & Click tour of Betaab valley. Later we spend some time playing in the snow at Chandawari. In the evening we have free time to stroll at the Mall road of Pahalgam.

Day 4 : 

Pahalgam – Gulmarg (1 Night) 

Today we proceed to Gulmarg- – ‘Meadow of Flowers’. En-route we visit Avantipur ruins and Kashmiri Cricket Bat Factory. Upon arrival at Gulmarg we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) (Tea/Coffee and Kashmiri biscuits at Avantipur ruins, Tea/ Coffee at Bat factory and en-route to Gulmarg)

Day 5 : 

Gulmarg – Sonmarg (1Night)

Today we enjoy the famous Gondola ride (one of the highest in the world) towards the second phase Apharwat point. Later we enjoy, play and have fun time in Snow, also one can take up skiing and snowboarding activities (at own cost). Further we proceed to Sonmarg – The meadow of gold. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) (Tea/ Coffee/ Soft Drink at Tanmarg, Coffee at Khilanmarg ,Tea/Coffee/ Soft Drink en-route to Sonmarg)

Day 6 : 

Sonmarg – Srinagar ( 2 Nights)

Today we visit Sonmarg. It mesmerizes tourists with its natural beauty. Here we visit fishing point- a paradise for fishing enthusiasts, We then walk through Sarbal Village- the last hamlet in Northeastern Kashmir, further we visit Sarva dharma sambhav temple. Later we proceed to Srinagar. Upon arrival we have free time for shopping. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) (Ice Cream at Sonmarg, Tea/Coffee en-route to Srinagar)

Day 7 : 

Srinagar

Today we enjoy a small Trek to Shankaracharya Hill followed by the iconic Shikara ride at Dal Lake. Later visit Nehru Park and click photographs in colourful Kashmiri outfits (at own cost). Further we enjoy Speed boat ride in Dal Lake. In the evening we enjoy Nature Time and Photography tour at the lush green Kashmiri gardens – Shalimar & Nishat Bagh.
(Note: During the Tulip season, we will visit the Tulip Garden, as an additional sightseeing in our itinerary.) (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner ) (Chocolates at Shankaracharya hill, Kahwa – A Kashmiri Tea at Nehru Garden, Tea/ Coffee at Shalimar Bagh, Popcorn/ Bhutta at Nishat Bagh)

Day 8 : 

Srinigar – Depature

It’s time now to say goodbye, Phir Milenge!
Let’s stay in touch with each other through email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc. and meet again on yet another memorable Veena World tour. See you all! ‘Mumbai to Mumbai’ tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time and start their journey back home. ‘Joining & Leaving’ tour guests will proceed on their own to their scheduled departure destination, like an airport, railway station, bus terminal, or cruise terminal. Tour concludes.

Please note:
Airline: On group tours, we generally fly well-reputed airlines that are group-friendly.
During your air travel, refreshments and meals are provided as per the airline policy. However, we recommend you carry dry snacks of your choice for the flight journey.

Transport: For transfers and sightseeing, we use mini coaches, big coaches, or small vans, depending on the respective tour group size. If you wish to have a separate vehicle solely for yourself or your family, it can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Sightseeing attractions: Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing place if possible.

Hotels: The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by Veena World’s guests in the past. The category of hotels on international tours is a mix of three-star, three-star superior, and basic four-star.

Meals: On tour, we provide all meals, from day one to the last day, as mentioned in the itinerary. Breakfasts are generally continental on European tours, whereas, lunches and dinners are Indian OR Indian along with a local dish OR local cuisine, OR at times fast food meals from Subway, McDonald’s, etc., depending on the convenience and ease of execution of the itinerary or the availability of food at the respective destination.

• Government of India Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 5%
• Any increase in airfare, airport tax, fuel surcharge etc.
• Any new tax/es levied by the central or state government
• Cost of Insurance
• Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category
• Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation
• Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
• Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is not a part of group’s set meal menu
• Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency
• Cost of any optional activity or service
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
