Leh Kargil Pangong Nubra!

Day 1 :

Leh ( 2 Nights )

Welcome to Leh airport, where you will be met and assisted by your driver who will transfer you to your hotel. You have rest of the day at leisure to acclimatize. Overnight stay in Leh. (Dinner)

Day 2 : 

Leh

Today we visit Shey Palace – used to be the summer retreat of the royal family of Ladakh, Sindhu Darshan – one of the longest rivers in Asia, Rancho School – also known as Druk White Lotus school. Hall of Fame War Museum – a museum constructed by the Indian Army in memory of the brave Indian soldiers who laid down their lives defending the motherland in the Indo-Pak wars. Shanti Stupa – built by the Japanese monks to promote world peace. Later we have free time for shopping or You can end the day by visiting Hall of Fame Museum to witness Sound and Light show. Overnight in Leh. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 3 : 

Leh – Khardung La Pass – Nubra Valley (2 Nights) 

Today we proceed to Nubra Valley via Khardung La – the world’s highest motorable pass. Nubra valley – the Shyok River meets the Siachen River to form this large valley separating the Ladakh and Karakoram ranges. Upon arrival we visit we visit Diskit monastery – oldest and largest Buddhist monastery in Nubra valley. Later we visit Hunder Village and Cold desert – the only place in India where twin humped camels are found. Overnight in Nubra Valley. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 4 : 

Nubra Valley – Turtuk – Thang – Nubra Valley 

Today we proceed to Turtuk village which was first opened for the tourists in the year 2010, while visiting Turtuk we see Thoise Airport (Military Airfield), then we visit Turtuk wooden bridge, Turtuk monastery, late we walk through Baltic village. Further we visit Thang village (Subject to operation)- Northern most last village at LOC. Here we take a photo stop at LOC point. Overnight in Nubra Valley. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 5 : 

Nubra Valley – Pangong Tso – Durbuk / Pangong (1 Night) 

Today we proceed to Pangong Tso, also known as Pangong Lake – one of the world’s highest saltwater lakes. The most notable feature of this lake are its ever-changing hues. The lake acts as an important breeding ground for a large variety of migratory birds like Brahmani Ducks, Rare black necked cranes and Seagulls. Later we proceed to Durbuk. Overnight in Durbuk/Pangong. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 6 : 

Durbuk / Pangong – Leh (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Leh via Changla pass, one of the highest motor-able road in the world. The name Changla pass literally means “Northern Pass” (Chang means north and La means Pass). En route we visit Hemis Gompa – a Himalayan Buddhist monastery which is believed to be the wealthiest and the biggest monastery in Leh and Photo stop at Thiksey monastery. Overnight in Leh. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 7 : 

Leh – Alchi – Lamayuru – Katgil (1Night)

Today we proceed to Kargil via Fotu La Pass and Namki La pass. Kargil is known as the location of the Indo-Pakistani border war of 1999. En route we visit Patthar Sahib Gurudwara – a beautiful Gurudwara sahib constructed in the memory of Guru Nanak, Magnetic Hill – also known as Gravity Hill where vehicles defy the force of gravity, Sangam of the rivers Indus & Zanskar – two of Himalaya’s great rivers; Zanskar and Indus merge to form a spectacular view, Alchi Gompa – known for its magnificent and well preserved 11th & 12th century wall paintings, Moon land – the land resembles that of moon, Lamayuru Monastery – one of the largest and oldest gompas in Ladakh. In the evening we arrive at Kargil. Overnight in Kargil. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 8 : 

Kargil – Drass – Leh (1 Night )

Today we proeed to Drass, here we visit Drass War Memorial, also known as Vijay Memorial – built in the memory of the martyr soldiers of the 1999 Kargil War. Then we visit Mulbekh Monastery. In the evening we arrive at Leh. Overnight in Leh. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 9 : 

Leh – Departure

Today after breakfast, proceed to Leh Airport to board your flight to your next destination or hometown. Holiday Concludes. Lets stay in touch on Facebook\email and meet again on another memorable Holiday. See you soon!

Day 1 :

Srinagar ( 1 Night at House Boat )

Welcome to Srinagar airport and proceed to your houseboat. Experience a stay at the floating boats, famously known as Kashmiri Houseboats which are designed with the local interiors. Overnight stay at houseboat in Srinagar. (Dinner)

Day 2 : 

Srinagar – Pahalgam (2 Night)

Today we proceed to Pahalgam. En-route we view the Saffron fields at Pampore. Then we take a photo stop at Apple Valley and Walnut Plantations. Overnight stay in Pahalgam. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 3 : 

Pahalam 

Today we enjoy a visit to Aru valley, photo stop at Betaab valley. Later we spend some time playing in the snow at Chandanwari. In the evening you have free time to stroll at the Mall road of Pahalgam. Overnight stay in Pahalgam. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 4 : 

Srinagar – Gulmarg ( 1 Night )

Today we proceed to Gulmarg. En-route we visit Avantipur ruins and Kashmiri Cricket Bat Factory. Upon arrival we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings. Overnight stay in Gulmarg. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 5 : 

Gulmarg – Srinagar 

Today we explore Gulmarg – ‘Meadow of Flowers’. We enjoy the famous Gondola ride (one of the highest in the world) to the second phase Apharwat point. Later we enjoy, play and have fun time in Snow, also one can take up skiing and snowboarding activities (at own cost). Later we proceed to Srinagar. Upon arrival we have free time for shopping. Overnight stay in Srinagar. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Note: Gondola tickets are subject to availability. If is not available alternate sightseeing will be provided.

Day 6 : 

Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar

Today we proceed to Sonmarg. It mesmerizes tourists with its natural beauty. Here we enjoy horse riding, fishing and skiing (On your own). Later we proceed to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Note: If Sonmarg is closed due to safety/ climatic issues we will visit Yusmarg.

Day 7 : 

Srinagar 

Today we enjoy a small Trek to Shankaracharya Hill followed by the iconic Shikara ride at Dal Lake. Later visit the Char Chinar Island and click photographs in colourful Kashmiri outfits (at own cost). Further we enjoy Speed boat ride in Dal Lake. Then we enjoy Nature Time and Photography tour at the lush green Kashmiri gardens – Shalimar & Nishat Bagh. Overnight stay in Srinagar. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 8 : 

Srinagar – Depature 

After breakfast proceed to Srinagar Airport to board flight to your hometown. Holiday Concludes. Let’s stay in touch on Facebook\email and meet again on another memorable Holiday. See you soon!
